Outdoor centralized charging points and intelligent charging piles should be promoted, with overload protection and automatic power-off functions; ③ Strict enforcement investigation: The fire and public security departments will conduct joint inspections and impose a fine of 500-1000 yuan on individuals who park or charge illegally. Property and units that fail to fulfill their management responsibilities will be fined 10000-5000 yuan. Those who cause fires will be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law; ④ Promotion and guidance: Carry out fire safety promotion through communities, rural areas, and enterprises, popularize knowledge of battery safety and charging standards, and enhance the safety awareness of car owners.
